Whole House Remodels
A whole house remodel or partial remodel consists of the remodel or redesign of an existing home from the inside. This could be as simple as small updates: new lighting, trim, doors, custom built-ins, service bars to larger projects like removing walls and changing the existing layout of the home to better fit the current owners needs and lifestyle.
Kitchens and Bathrooms
Kitchen and bathroom remodeling can be a basic remodel, replacing existing cabinetry, tops, fixtures, flooring or tile to a complete redesign of the existing space, the bigger involves a complete or partial demolition of all walls and ceilings and existing finish products and then a redesign of the space, possible relocation of existing appliances, sinks. In bathroom remodels a relocation or removal of tubs and showers, increasing the size of showers, closets or changing the entire footprint of the bathroom.
Basement Remodel
Basement remodel involves remodeling and or updating an existing finished basement that needs to be redesigned or just updated to current needs. This can involve a whole new design.
New Construction Finished Basement
This involves the whole process of a new space. Design, wall framing, insulation, electrical , drywall, plumbing, mechanical. All finish detail: trim,doors,painting, flooring, etc.
Decks, Pergolas, Gazebos
Updating can be replacing all decking/railing with new wood or composite on existing. Remodel of existing or all new Design from scratch. Pergolas/Gazebos can be custom built and designed or prefabricated and assembled and installed on site.
