Creative Homes has been based in Lake Zurich, Illinois since 1997. Core values like honesty and integrity have driven me and given me the ability to remain in business doing what I love, since 1991.
I have been delivering creative designs and a high quality product to my clients, this too has been a major contributor to Creative Homes success. Attention to my client’s needs, whether budget or scheduling, scope of work or product choices- It is always most important to have an open ear to all their concerns. Home remodeling is a major disruption to a family’s normal life routine, so I am very much aware that every phase of the project needs to be organized and methodical. This keeps things going smoothly and helps to eliminate the anxiousness that can accompany a construction project.
There is nothing more satisfying then meeting a potential client, addressing their questions and concerns and then coming up with a plan, a creative design and delivering a final product that exceeds their expectations. My goal when I first meet a potential client is to have them informed, educated, and relaxed and ready to take on the remodel project. I assure them that with a precise plan, thoughtful design and realistic scheduling and a project timeline- we can deliver a beautiful, relatively stress-free remodel that will be enjoyed for many, many years to come.
